With majority of the population concentrating in urban areas, it is crucial to focus on technological innovation that can help deliver a sustainable future for these cities and the population living in it.
We advise our clients on today’s opportunities within urban bodies to solve their problems, navigate the complex technology selection and buying process and deliver projects

An advanced system for monitoring the permeability characteristics of sinter raw mix. By measuring permeability during the sintering process, SINWAD helps operators optimize water addition and maintain consistent sintering conditions.

A process-monitoring system designed to assess sinter quality through measurement of its magnetic properties and estimation of iron oxide composition, particularly FeO levels. The data can be used to optimize coke addition to the raw mix and improve process efficiency, with typical coke-consumption reductions of around 4%.

A precision flatness measurement solution based on direct measurement of fiber elongation across the material, expressed in I-Units. This approach eliminates the need to infer flatness from conventional strip-shape measurements.

A non-contact surface inspection system for detecting defects in hot-rolled billets. The system monitors the thermal radiation emitted by the billet surface as the material passes between mill stands. Surface cracks and other irregularities are identified through changes in the thermal uniformity of the billet.

A laser-based surface measurement system that evaluates the actual micro-profile of a material surface. A laser beam is projected onto the surface and beam scattering is analyzed to determine the geometry of individual surface features.
We understand that your time is an extremely valuable commodity. Hence, our goal is to become an extension of your company and be the supporting link in your supply chain solution.
